Biography

SARDOR DJUMAEV SOLO & CHAMBER PERFORMER, VIOLIN TEACHER.


Sardor Djumaev is a concert violinist, chamber musician, and advanced-level violin pedagogue currently based in St. Petersburg, Florida. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Violin Performance from the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan and is completing his Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) degree at the University of North Texas under Julia Bushkova.

He has performed a diverse solo and chamber repertoire of over 100 works, including major violin concertos by Tchaikovsky, Brahms, Prokofiev, Shostakovich, and Paganini, with orchestras and in venues across Central Asia, Russia, and the United States. His orchestral experience includes leadership positions in the “Turkiston” and “Soloists of Uzbekistan” chamber orchestras, and recent engagements with The Florida Orchestra, Sarasota Opera, Jacksonville Symphony, Orlando Philharmonic and others.

As a chamber musician, Sardor leaded both the State Philharmonic Quartet (Uzbekistan) and the Bancroft String Quartet (UNT), performing in professional concert settings and international competitions.

He is a laureate of multiple international competitions, including the Grand Prize at the UK International Music Competition, and prizes at the France Music Competition, Amadeus Awards, and King’s Peak International Competition. He has also participated in the Britt Music & Arts Festival and Festival Napa Valley.

As a pedagogue, he focuses exclusively on advanced-level violin instruction. His students have won national and international competitions and earned full academic scholarships at leading universities in the United States, Germany, and Singapore. He currently teaches through his private studio and is available for masterclasses, audition preparation, and high-level technique coaching.
